Getting your bike serviced is simple

Pick a service below, or choose Repair (describe issue) if you’re not sure what’s wrong. Bring it in or schedule pick up and drop off.
2. Approve your quote
We check your bike and send you a quote. Nothing gets done until you approve it.
3. Ride
We aim for best-in-class turnaround, and most bikes are ready 3 to 4 business days after you approve your quote. Pick it up at the shop or we’ll bring it back.
Turnaround can run longer when a repair needs special-order or proprietary parts, and during the busiest times of the riding season. We’ll keep you posted either way.

Bike Tune-Ups and Custom Builds in Grand Rapids, Michigan
Level 1, Basic Tune-Up

For bikes in good overall shape that need some attention: brake and shifting adjustment, a light drivetrain clean and chain lube, and everything torqued to spec and safety checked.
Level 2, Standard Tune-Up
From $155
The baseline for any bike ridden regularly. Everything in Level 1, plus a clean of the bike and drivetrain, lube of chain and components, hub, bottom bracket and headset adjustment, and wheel truing.
Level 3, In-Depth Annual Service
From $295
A complete top-to-bottom service: drivetrain removed and deep cleaned, wheels trued and spokes tensioned, bottom bracket, headset and hubs fully serviced, tubeless refresh, shifting indexed with firmware updates, and a full detail.
Custom Builds
From $385
A custom build, a restoration with unique components, or an upgrade of major components. Start with a consultation. We’ll help you work through the decisions, then send an estimate.
Our service levels are a framework, and not every bike fits neatly into one of them. Many bikes need service, maintenance or repair that falls outside these levels, and that’s normal. When yours does, we’ll give you an individual custom quote based on what it actually needs.

A rock strike or cable rub can scar a new frame on its first ride. As a RideWrap dealer, we install clear protective film that shields your paint and carbon from scratches, chips and trail debris. RideWrap offers three levels of coverage:
- Tailored: the most complete protection, cut for your exact frame model and size (about 95% coverage).
- Covered: less material and less install time, protecting the high-wear areas (about 60% coverage).
- Essential: the minimum, covering the spots most likely to get scratched or rubbed (about 30% coverage).

How much does a bike tune-up cost in Grand Rapids?
Our tune-ups start at $90 for Level 1, $155 for Level 2 and $295 for Level 3. E-bike tune-ups start at $125.

How long does bike repair take?

- Parts. Repairs that need special-order or proprietary parts take longer.
- Season. Peak riding season can add time.

Do I need to be home for pick up and drop off?
No. Book any time in the available window and tell us where to find your bike. Many riders open their garage remotely. Up to three standard bikes ride for one pick up and drop off fee.
How much does tubeless setup cost?
Tubeless setup starts at $15 per wheel on tubeless-ready rims and $25 per wheel with rim tape. Sealant is extra. We use Orange Seal.
Does a manufacturer's warranty cover labor?
Many manufacturers cover the cost of a replacement part or component, but most don’t cover the labor, or the administrative work of filing and following up on a claim. In those cases, our standard labor rate applies. Let us know if you’d like us to pursue a warranty claim on a major part or component for you.
Can I ship my bike to Biked before a trip?
Yes. We’re a BikeFlights partner shop, so you can ship your bike to us before a trip to Grand Rapids, Michigan. We’ll receive it, assemble it and have it ready when you arrive, and we can pack and ship it home when you’re done. Call or message us at 616-234-0134 to let us know your bike is on its way.
